Da Realest Sounds Studio Rules and Policies

1. Guest Limit:

   • You may bring up to four guests to your session, making a total of five people in the studio, including yourself.

2. No Smoking:

   • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the microphone booth. Please use designated smoking areas in Engineer Room.

3. Respect Equipment:

   • Handle all studio equipment with care. Any damage caused by negligence will be charged to the client.

4. Punctuality:

   • Please arrive on time for your session. Time lost due to late arrival will not be compensated.

5. Cleanliness:

   • Keep the studio clean and tidy. Dispose of trash properly and clean up any spills immediately.

6. Food and Drinks:

   • Food and drinks are allowed in designated areas only. Keep them away from all equipment and consoles.

7. Alcohol and Drugs:

   • The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Alcohol consumption should be moderate to maintain a productive session.

8. Noise Levels:

   • Respect the noise levels in and around the studio. Keep loud conversations and activities to a minimum, especially in common areas.

9. Session Cancellations:

   • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will incur a fee equivalent to one hour of studio time.

Payment:

• Payment is due at the start of each session unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other specified payment methods.

11. Respectful Behavior:

• Treat all staff and other clients with respect. Any form of harassment or aggressive behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

12. Personal Belongings:

• Keep an eye on your personal belongings. The studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

13. Recording Media:

• Ensure you bring your own external storage (USB drive, hard drive, etc.) for backups of your sessions. The studio is not responsible for archiving your projects.

14. Minors:

• Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

15. Breaks:

• Plan your breaks accordingly. Breaks taken during your session time will count towards your booked hours.

16. Emergency Exits:

• Familiarize yourself with the location of emergency exits and follow all safety protocols in case of an emergency.
